Our friend Harriet Mottley invited us to her church’s annual Christmas luncheon at the Detroit Yacht Club.

With friends Esther Ingbur and Carol Teegardin we attended Senator Debbie Stabenow’s victory party and the MGM Grand in Detroit.

Lackey High School Reunion for all classes through 1969 when the school was moved.

After complaining for five years, the city finally replaced our street in 2012.

Finally, on September 3rd, Rabbi Arnie and Robert got married – for the third time – at their home in Lake Orion. First two weddings were in England and Canada.

This was the first success of Pauline’s “Music in the Sc hools” program.

Pauline and Petra Kowalis collected enough money to donate 12 guitars to the music program at Western International High School in Detroit. Western International is in the Mexican Town section of the city and the students are primarily Hispanic.

Chuck’s Mom died on the last day of 2007. Other than that, it was a pretty good year.
